General & Dealines

  • Please make sure you've understand all the Terms of Service before requesting.

  • Guaranteed deadlines is 30 days but your submission may be finshed earlier.

  • Please let me know if you have a specific deadline. Any deadline under a week will be charged with rush fee.

  • For safety reason, please use JPG files or GDRIVE link. If you want to use another link, please tell me beforehand.

Usage Policies & Fees

  • All of the commission result will automatically used as my samples & portofolio at my social media

  • Commissioner may use the artwork privately or commercially according to the agreement

  • Extra fees will be charged for commercial artwork
    Content usage : +75%
    Merchandising : +100%

  • If your art commission requires an NDA, please let me know at the beginning. Extra fees will be charged if the results cannot be posted publicly

Workflow & Payment

  • Request Submission > Rough Sketch (1-2 days) > WIP > Final Check > Done

  • All Requests will be included in the waitlist before the rough sketch is accepted

  • All payment will be using Bank transfer (BCA) for Local INA clients and Paypal for INTL clients

  • For Vgen and Commissiongg clients, please use Vgen payment or Paypal

  • For clients outside commission platform, you can pay 50% of the fee after the rough sketch , then pay the rest 50% after the the final piece is submitted.

  • You can check my queue at the worklist button below. All requests accross the platform are included.
